Geometrics

I think the mojo is back. Now just to find the time...

This morning I knew I had to make Cathy's block for SC3.
She mentioned that she likes geometrics and I remembered a little puzzle John once sent me when I won a giveaway.
Inspiration
It wasn't exactly conducive to piecing (I don't do inset seams) so I redrafted it in EQ5 with some minor alterations.
Block Draft

  8. I love it! Just so unique. We have that same "tile" board. Bought it when the kids are little it is a great visual.

  9. My kids had that puzzle! In fact, we might still have it somewhere. I never did do a quilt block from it, but let me tell you - yours is FABULOUS! I love it. Stunning.
